Elephants Not Rhinos met our challenge when we were searching for a fresh perspective that went beyond traditional classroom training to focus on ongoing development and the integration of knowledge, skills, and behaviours. Craig and Alex collaborated with us to identify the best approach to support communication and influencing skills for a very technical team that needs a delicate balance of deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills.
Throughout the process we felt like we were in capable hands and their experience shone through.
